One of the first things that comes to mind when you think of an active adult community healthy lifestyle is exercise. Now, there are lots of ways to exercise, and OakwoodLife tries to make many of those available to you – starting with our fitness studios.
Our fitness studios are housed in our community amenity centers and are fully equipped with weight machines, free weights, treadmills, exercise balls, and more. With the open layout and floor-to-ceiling windows giving as much natural light as possible, your workouts will not only be fulfilling but relaxing as well while you connect with your body and others around you.

2. Take a Swim

Maybe you need a break from the gym, or maybe the gym really isn’t your thing. Or maybe your family is visiting and they want to enjoy some time out in the sunshine. Whatever the reason you’re putting on a swimsuit, it’s never the wrong time to visit our on-site indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the amenity center.
